The Pit

You are trapped in an old style adventure game.

You are in a large natural crevasse, surrounded by sheer unclimbable walls of stone. The face of an ancient God with bad teeth is carved into one of the walls. There is a small opening to the south. Above it is a sign that reads

There is a dark pit in the center of the floor. If you go down you won’t be able to come back up.
