Before And After

Richard After (2003) is looking down on Richard Before (2002) and apparently doesn’t much like what he sees. Richard Before is rather noticeably thicker in the waist than Richard After. Richard Before’s shirt is a little taut. Rack shirts are cut for the larger person these days; Richard After had all of his dress shirts taken in several inches. The truth is that you can’t get dress shirts these days that fit if you are normal weight.

Richard Before hadn’t quite noticed how ratty his salt and pepper beard had gotten. As Richard After says, “I’ve been brown and I’ve been gray. Brown is better.”
